Waterside 2021 Pool Rules
The pool schedule is May 29, 2021 through September 19, 2021
The pool is open daily from 9AM to 9PM
Adult Swim ONLY 8AM - 9AM & 9PM – 10PM
(Adult Swim participants must be 18 years of age or older)
The pool is self-regulated. No lifeguard is on duty. Persons using the pool do so at their own risk.
Please follow these rules for everyone’s benefit.
ALL persons entering the pool area must do so through the keycard gate.
Each owner holds their own liability, please do not hold the pool gate open for others entering or leaving the pool. The access key
holds your identity.
An adult must accompany swimmers under the age of 13.
NO animals or glass objects are permitted in the pool area.
Babies MUST wear protective swim diapers in the pool.
Please use headphones when listening to music. Music must be kept to a level as not to disturb others.
Games that do not interfere with the enjoyment of others are permitted.
Please use the shower and bathroom facilities thoughtfully.
State law requires that everyone must shower before entering the pool.
Please use the trash receptacles and observe pool hours.
Smoking in the pool area is prohibited.
Alcohol is prohibited in the pool area.
CLOSE UMBRELLAS UPON DEPARTURE.
NO running, horseplay, profanity, loud music or other activity that interferes with the enjoyment of the pool facility by other guests is
permitted.
Diving into the pool or onto any flotation device is prohibited.
You MUST LEAVE the pool area immediately upon hearing THUNDER and any sighting of LIGHTENING for you own safety.
